From my experience, we do lack practical education especially in scientific fields. Our teachers have a very good education background but, in most cases, their education has no practical support. Our students need to be prepared for real job practice and real life opportunities. There is a complete disconnection between academic institutions and industry that makes it difficult for fresh graduates to have a smooth and successful transition into practical life.
